Communicate just one message at a time and don't try to make a
fuss by sending many messages at a time because that might confuse
the receiver.
Manager should write the message in clear language rather than
sugar costing it and don't try to embellish or beautify the
message.
If manager is using media then it should be appropriate and
oral mesaage should contain minimal content.
Manager should give example of the mesaage he wants to be
delivered because if the receiver doesn't get the intention from
mesaage, he surely will from the example.
Manager should take feedback of the mesaage he has sent so that
he can know whether it is understood by the receiver as
intended.
