After confirmation of a pernicious anemia diagnosis, the patient education I will give this patient an advice to keep an eye on his diet and make sure that it is rich in sources of vitamin B12 as pernicious anemia occurs due to a deficiency of the vitamin B12. Hence I would advise my patient to have the animal, products such as meat, seafood, milk products, poultry, and eggs. Thus based on the new diagnosis i.e. confirmation of a deficiency of vitamin B12 along with pernicious anemia I would recommend taking Vitamin B12 supplements and diet rich in Vitamin B12
