The realisation of yourself, who you are and what is the purpose of your life.

2 - Self Esteem(10-20 years)

The confidence you gain to achieve your goals.

3 - Love and belonging(20-30years)

You make friends and new relationship who are important to you. They support you during your ups and down.

4 - Safety needs(30-40)
