(A) BREAKFAST:-

   - 1 cup of orange juice
   - 1 fried egg
   - 1 piece of toast
Snacks-
    -cereal and milk
    -yogurt
    -pudding made with nuts.

(B) LUNCH AND DINNER:-
   - vegetable soup
   - If difficulty in chewing then chicken noodle soups and mild bean soups are good choices.    
   - Seafood, is also a better option.
   -   beans
   -   cooked or raw vegetables
   -   green salads.
