For example p53 is tumor protein
If there is a risk factor ( life style, radiation exposure, environment etc.,) affects the cells function>>DNA damage>>signals p53 for fighting against this cells>>promotes cell death>>prevents cancer.
If mutation occurs during cell death to p53 it can cause cancer
Human papilloma virus is a skin infection transferred by sexual relationship. Occurs commonly in female and can be transferred to men by intercourse. First & second stage are infectious and third and fourth are noninfectious.the infection usually the settles in two year and it can cause cancer after 10 to 30 years. Usually warts can be noted.
