Counseling and support service should be provided to elderly because as they age, function of organs starts to decline and main functions like eye sight and hearing also decreases. They do find going to hospital and health care center pretty difficult because of their age. They do feel uncomfortable going to hospital as well. So, if support service are available then they might not need to go to hospital and they can consult a doctor over phone and get consultation
