4.AVULSION:USAGE OF AN ABSORBENT CLEAN DRESSING.
5.PUNCTURE:APPLICATION OF ANTIBIOTIC AND COVERING WITH CLEAN BANDAGE.
6.CONTUSION:ELASTIC BANDAGE WRAP AROUND THE BRUISED AREA OF THE MUSCLE.SHOULD NOT BE TOO TIGHT AND MUST ALLOW ONE FINGER BETWEEN THE BANDAGE AND THE SKIN.
