patient weight is 20 x 100 mg = 2000 mg, so 2000 mg is divided into 4 doses and give to the patient

2000/4= 500mg , so 500 mg need to given to patient as one dose at each time

dose on hand is 250 mg = 5ml

500mg = 10 ml
