Homework Answers

Answer #1

Clinical experience mean providing direct service to individual. It is said that for all nurses, clinical experience is important throughout its career. It act as a roadmap to patient care decision and professional development. If the nurse do not have such experience they are not able to be functional in their autonomous role as patient advocate and contribute to global healthcare initiatives. Clinical experience is of two types - paid and volunteer.

By community experience, the nurses not only give treatment to the patient but offer education to the community about how to maintain their health so that they can reduce the occurrence of deaths and diseases. These experiences enhances their organization, confidence level, and their capability to cope up with potentially challenging conditions.
