Answer #1

1 unit insulin for 15 gram of carbs,

Breakfast:-

Bacon 3 slice - 0.3 g

2 scrambled eggs- 2 g

2 slice of toast. - 26 g

Milk 16oz - 22.4 g

Total- 50.7 g ; insulin units = 50.7/15 = 3.38 (4 units)

Lunch

4 breads - 24 g

1 salad - 13 g

1 banana -27 g
