First question will be about gestational age, this provides a baseline data

Second question will be about the characteristic of pain, that is the intensity and duration of contraction, and it's pattern ,regular or irregular.This helps to differentiate between false pain and true labor pain

Third question will be about any other associated symptoms such as loss of mucus plug or bloody show. This is an important sign of onset of labor. And also make sure about the fetal movement also, as decreased movement may indicate fetal distress.
