Many people without the disease will screen false positive when low specificity for screening is used.It is desirable to have a test that is both highly sensitive and highly specific which may be not possible.
A test with 100% sensitivity accurately identifies all patients with the disease. A test with 90% sensitivity detects 90% of the patients with the disease that is true positive but 10% with the diseases go undetected as false negatives.
