Cell injury :- it is also known as cell damage

- due to change of internal and external enviy change

- also can due to physical , chemical , infectious , biological , nutritional or immunogical factors

- Programmed cell death :-

- the proinflamatory cytokinesis may delay apoptosis activated macrophages and neutrophils but other tissues such as the gut epithelium

accelerated apoptosis ,ther for derangement

- that cause lipid base cellular structure due to oxidant

- after that cell may undergo necrosis or cell death
