Nasal Speech of Children , also termed as Hypernasal speech, medically as Rhinolalia aperta. Speech resonance disorder occurs, too much leakage of air through the nose while speaking which leads to hallow sound to speech, this leakage affect the speaker audibility to understand. This is usually due to velopharyngeal insufficiency happens after repair surgery of cleft palate, children with syndromes, adenoid surger and etc. This make listeners unable to understand what the child speaking. Children may face issues like teased by their peers, can't able to mingle with normal kids. They turn to less intelligent and less attractive than normal.
