The client becomes shaky and diaphoretic because too much insulin caused low blood sugar condition in the patient called Hypoglycemia. It is sometimes also called insulin shock. In such condition, our body secretes certain hormones (mostly adreline) to compensate the situation, hence causing sweat and shakiness. Having milk product like yogurt or milk itself with other starchy and protein rich product like crackers helps in maintaining the sugar level as well as preventing another such episode.
