As we know type 2 diabetes is due to high blood suger in body and the vurrcur American diet leading to type 2 diabetes due to high callory in the diet they mainly use the red meat which is souch of high protein and high callory and and they mainly use artificial sweeteners which cause the high blood glucose and many processes food and they minimally intake vegetables and fruits this leads to the more chances of type 2 diabetes..
