According to our profession we nurses have to be aware of what all things we have to do and what all harms can occur by doing those like if you are posted in icu and you will be getting an obese patient so you will have to be engaged in shifting ,transferring and all so you must know the body mechanics otherwise in later you will be getting ivdp ,backache etc.Likewise we will be having night shifts so our circadian rhythm will be altering so we must find some time for rest after our duties otherwise many problems will occur. And the last main thing is diet maintanence if the diet pattern will be altered then it will be most worst thing so we have to be more diet concious.
