How should a doctor, nurse, EMT, or medical technician behave when they are not working and they encounter an accident scene with people who are injured? Why? What model of their relation to the injured parties do you favor?
According to me when a doctor, nurse, EMT, or medical technician are not working and they encounter an accident scene with people who are injured, the first thing they should is to go ahead and perform their duty as a healthcare personal by taking appropraite measures and steps necessary for that particular situation. By doing that they can significantly reduce the risk of more damage and mortality. This initiative from them can save someone's life or provide edge during treatment.
Though my theory sounds more like utilitarianism, but actually it is more of Kantianism. This is beacuse when some one from medical backgroud rushes to help a victim of an accident, they should care about the rightness or wrongness of actions or the consequences. They are supposed to do it because of humanity and as their responsibilty as a care giver.
