I am oppose to the idea of minimum mandatory staffing ratio.Because the minimum mandatory staffing ratio will lead to decreased quality of patient care.The patient satisfaction will be less which can affect the hospital and the management.Moreover this policy will not give the expected outcome,sometimes the output will be negative from what was expected.Even it can increase the mortality rate as the staff are not able pay attention to the one patient when another one need the same attention and care.
