As Malcolm's word-base broadened, he began to feel about the books that can be understood by him. As his word-base broadened, his curiosity towards the books increased and thus began to feel that he can now easily understand the theme and the message conveyed by the books. Therefore, he now feel that he can easily spend rest of his time in reading the books and self teaching himself.

He developed special interest in the books that can be easily understood by him and in which he has special curiosity. These books includes books on history, books by Gandhi on the struggle in India, books on African colonization, etc.
