While eating breakfast Michael experienced sudden onset slurring of speech, had facial droop on his left hand side with weakness in left side upper and lower limbs. And) Assessment of Patient's Condition, Vital signs ( T, P, R, BP, SPO²), past medical, surgical history, allergy, presenting complaints, lifestyle.

Physical Examination:

• Left Facial Droop
• Left Motor Weakness: Upper Limb 0/5, Lower Limb 2/5
• Slurred Speech

These sign & symptoms clarifies it is stroke.

Investigation:

- Blood test: PT INR

- CT Scan

- MRI

- Cerebral Angiography

Medical management:

• Thrombolysis and endovascular mechanical thrombectomy
• Admit in stroke unit
• 24 hrs continuous monitoring
• MDT Referral- OT(Occupational therapy), SLT(Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty) & PT( physical training)
• Physiotherapy
• Speech therapy
• Discuss with family
• Treat for signs & symptoms of complications.
