Homework Answers

Answer #1

"It is our right to get health care". Human rights are universal and inalienable.

Human right to Heath care means services offered by the hospitals, clinics, medicines must be accessible, available and acceptable to all the people without any bias and discrimination and that to of good quality in a cost effective way where ever needed at any time.

Health care is not a luxury that will be provided to only the rich class peoples in the society or to those who can only afford it. It is the right of people irrespective of any sex, class ,caste, colour ,creed etc it should be provided by the government to the society by taking it's sole accountability and not only the health care services but also the determinants of health should be provided to the public for example- sanitation facility, drinking water facility, shelter etc.
