The dosing consideration in case of pediatrics patient is very much importance rather than the adults as if there is slight fluctuations in dosing may cause serious effects.

Hence there is need to consider various dosing considerations for pediatric patients as:

-Age

-Maturation of the enzymatic system

-Body weight

-Functionality of liver and kideny as it may affect drug metabolism and drug clearance.

Hence consideration of these factros may reduce the chances of drug toxicitry and thus offer the safe and effective dosing in the pediatrics.
