Rationale; It is a kind of process, in which a person can seek and form all the valuable data and concepts that are logical to support a certain intervention or judjement in a particula situation. In order to have this process, the person should be very skilly to do the analysis activity. These analyzing shoulld depend on the logical concept and not on the illogical ideas, hence the option 1 is incorrect. To find the reliable resource will helpful for judjement but it will not cause the communication more effcetive hence the option 3 is not relavent. But to be very open and willing to change their ideas when an individual works with different culture will anable this effectivenesss. Hence the above mentioned option is essential for a effective communication that a critical thinker should analyze.
