Answer #1

Ethical means something based on human feelings and believes whereas legal means something in form of written laws. Most often people in health care sector may face ethical legal issues.

For example.,

  • Mercy killing is legally accepted but not ethically acceptable by human beings
  • Administration of lethal injections to prisoners are not ethically acceptable but legally permitted.

One such experience was embalming which is an art of preservation of human body for various reasons like for funeral service, keeping it in museum, preservation.Being a nurse taking care of such a human body is duty .This makes one feel that the traditions are the base for technological advancements.Such as preservation of mummy in Egypt pyramids.

If a same situation happens in mere future health education traditionally can be imposed to the newer generation.
