1. PREMEDICATION ASSESSMENT:-
- Obtain blood pressure readings in supine and standing
position.
- measure weight, blood pressure and apical pulse.
- Initiate lab investigation as directed by physician as
electrolytes.

2. POST MEDICATION ASSESSMENT:-
-Monitor for fluid overload by measuring intake, output, and daily
weights.
