Work place violence is also called as occupational violence. Anything like verbal or physical abuse, harassment, threats that may endanger lives or health of people at work place

Some of the measures which can be implemented are as following

• Safety and security system for health care professionals
• Continuous educational programs to help them too l manage these types of situations
• A committee can be organised to solve health care professionals problems
• Proper regular invigilation by higher authority to find out the core problems
• Good communication has to be taught this can prevent major verbal abuses.
• As there are newer technical advances a sort of alarm handy can be provided to alert others for help when there is physical abuse.
