As Tele heaAs tele-health technology advances toward seamless data access regardless of distance or health system, it is very difficult to maintain the confidentiality of the personal medical data of a patient but there are efforts going in this field in order to protect privacy rights and confidentiality of personal medical data. The laws should be more strict to protect the privacy rights so that it can't be overlooked by anyone. All the data should be password protected so that nobody can have access to the personal medical data. Without consent of patient, it should not be opened and there should be a biometric or iris scanner system so that without patient's permission it can't accessed.
