2. Initiate central venous pressure (cvp) monitoring - it comes second as it is necessary to determine the ned of iv fluid admioniastration for the patient.

3.1000ml 0.9%sodium chloride solution - comes third in this order if the patient has low cvp.

4.Peripheral blood culture x2 - is the 4th priority as the sample for the culture should be obtained before administering first dose of antibiotic and it is routine order.

5. 1gm cefazolin IVPB X1 - Should come come the last in this order as it is not for life saving .Also this is a routine order.
