provide psychological support to the parent and make her comfortable. Ear infections also called as otitis media are common problem in children.

As per the symptoms occured here the child has acute otitis media.

Questions include,

* Your child has any difficulty in moving and too weak to stand?

* You think your child has a life thretening emergency?

* Presence of any neck stiffness ?

* Your child is walking stedily?

*Presence of pink or red sweling behind ear?

*Crooked smile (weekness of one side of the face)?

*Occurance of new vomiting?

* Your child looks or acts very sick?

* When he developed with fever.?

2. Empathy to parents  

*Its essential to establish a relationship based on the empathy where the parents were treated as individuals.

*Open communication in family centerd care.

*Facilitating the mutual exchange of information.

*Helping parents to cope with the situation.
