Yes , this kind of client need immediate blood transfusion, because her hemoglobin level is 6.5 g/dl, which is comparatively very low than the normal value of the women, So she in a serious condition and there is a need to treat her with a proper transfusion. Some common recommendation tells to start the transfusion if the level of the hemoglobin is lesser than equal to 7 to 8 g/ dl.
Although the hematocrit level of the client is not yet identified, the hemoglobin level is enough to start the transfusion.
