The carbohydrates have mixture of lipids and fats which are very more digestable in the adult people .

And in adult people the metabolic rate decreases and the muscles activity goes slow because of that they can't able digest the high fat food.

The muscles work is more in the elder people because of that how much the people consume the food that much it digestion occurs.

In India the ratio of younger and elder people is uncommon .more than the children adult people are there in the population .
