There are somewhat chances of end of life communication is lacking between physician and patient. Patient have privacy issues due to them he can't explain everything with anybody or wuth doctor . Lack of communication , coordination and hazitation gives an bad effect with that. But in case of medical surgical floor instead of ICU it is somewhat cured .in an surgical procedure from tge side of hospital staff and doctor an written consent taken due to that hospital will not responsible for any injury and harm. To avoid these type of risks we have to tell everything to doctor and staff . Due to some privavy issue this takes an bad effect on mind.

Like there is an patient of AIDS come to hospital for treatment . At that time suffered person will not tell you everything but instead of this if this matter is of any surgical procedure you will tell him everything. Privacy shyness
