1 .monitor daily weight at same time with same cloths and same weight machine

2 report if daily weight incease more then 0.5 to 1 lb

3 intake minimum water and fluid as per physician order

4 use salt restricted diet as per order

5 monitor daily urin out put and inform to physician if less then 500ml/ day

6 consult with physician if you take over the counter medication

7 inform if ankle edema ,periorbital edema and dyspnoea occurs

8 take the medication and diet as per order
