But these cannot be always Performed always because:-
- longer stay in elderly worsen the disability.
- Contagious infection may lead serious complications in the hospital.
- Educated guardian may arise questions about hospital stay.
- Patient and guardian have right to refuse in the hospital, doctor can't force them.
- longer stay for a simple Disease maybe suspicious.
