What would be the treatment plan for a 55yr old female Caucasian pt newly diagnosed with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH)?

Background.

She reported having daily episodes of shortness of breath while performing her ADLs, periods of fatigue, weakness, dizziness, and mild chest pain on two occasions. Patients’ symptoms often last about three to two hours daily. She was recently diagnosed with PAH by her specialist.

The pt has a history of mild Asthma with rare use of her rescue inhaler(Albuterol). She also has a history of type 2 diabetes for which she takes Glipizide 2.5mg daily. Pt was medically stable prior to first experiencing her symptoms about 3 weeks ago.
