It is a personal development tool , that can be used to assess and determine   the Strengths of a person and this Strength finder was developed by Gallup Education, a trusted research organisation that supports the leaders from different areas including Education and Employment. So this tool is called Gallup Strength finder.   This tool help the leaders to find their strengths and encourages them to list the top five  Strengths and focus it on a daily basis for the professional and personal wellbeing.  

Gallup Strength finder Test is developed by Donald Clifton , former Chairman of Gallup organisation. After his death on 2003, the Gallup Strength finder test was renamed to ' Clifton Strength Assessments . This Strength finder test's duration is 35 to 45 minutes and is available online and the results are available immediately after the test.
