The major 4 issues four which were raised in CDC’s 10 as the major/most important public health problems and concerns that are most relevant to Ghana are:

1. Alcohol-related health problems and harms: as they are emerge as the major cause of the domestic and social violence.

2. Heart disease and stroke as they are very common is almost all age groups and the mortality rates are very high.

3. Motor vehicle injuries: as now a days such injuries and traumas are the major concerns in the society specially in adholescents.

4.Prescription drug overdose: as due the the medication error of self medication it is the major problem in the population and seems to be challenge to overcome from it.
