Did you feel any internal conflict with abortion scenario? Did you feel any internal conflict with any of the scenarios? How did your personal and professional background impact how you decided to interact with the patient?

Abortion is termination of fetus or cessation of pregnancy.Always there are conflicts when not done for the right purpose.Internal conflicts are natural for any human being but being in health care department. Internal conflicts like" why this termination should occur in my duty"

Interacting with the patient who is undergoing abortion is very sensitive to explain them the procedure .

If the abortion is teenage abortion or as result of child abuse and pregnancy ,this will benefit the patient than harming to have a quality life.

But if the abortion is because of fetal or congenital defects then the rate of internal conflicts for health care employees are less where as for the mother it is a great loss and interacting with this client are merely impossible to convince them and consent them for procedure.As the family is personally , emotionally disturbed.
