Answer : Transition phase or phase 3 in the first stage of labour

it is the shortest phase but it is intense or more painful phase for the mother,so will not be able to concentrate feels cannot cope up any more.

During this phase mother may experiences

• An increase in bloody show .
• Feeling very warm and sweaty or chilled, shaky and crampy legs.
• Strong pressure in the lower back and or perineum.
• Rectal pressure, with or without an urge to push.
• Nausea, vomiting.
• Fatigue or exhaustion.
• Drowsiness between contractions.
