Answer : 1) A , After assessing the patient condition ,a nurse can understand the consequences  of the disease ,whether it affects community or not and what precautions and health teaching should be provided to the patient and family members. An experienced nurses can easily identify the person who has grate exposure of the particular disease. 2) B, patient is participating activities is a good sign of improvement and it doesn't come under characteristics of objectives .characteristics objectives means prefer to do something different  and  special for the betterment of the patient . 3) C, priority should be given to understand the nature of the disease ,whether it spreads easily to other family members or not ,after that we can advise them to take precautions for preventing the diseases .
