MISSION STATEMENT- To prepare competent and compassionate nurses, who will demonstrate excellence in clinical practice and promote innovation in clinical care through evidence based practice.

IMPACT AT PRESENT AND FUTURE

- This mission will help me to teach nursing students to be always connected to the research findings.

- Nursing students will be able to identify the need of change in any practice followed in hospital.

- Patients will get better care during their hospital stay through the competent nurses.

-Excellence in clinical care will minimize the nursing errors.

- Compassionate nurses will also help to psychologically support patients as well as their family members.
