2. Specialists has become the development of medical technology.

3. Doctors that are being trained in the current system are entering into specialists and subspecialists inspite of joining the primary care or the private sector.

4. The large hospitals grooms doctors for their hightech expensive units, specilities and subspecialities as being a good choice for more money, less work and quiker way to pay off hefty medical school debts.
