CULTURE OF SAFETY:- it is the attitude, beliefs, perceptions and values that employees share in relation to safety in the workplace.

BEHAVIOURS FOR INCREASING CULTURE OF SAFETY:-
(i) Establishment of a need for change to the current system.
(ii) Creating a plan of action for implementation of a new culture in workplace.
-Establish clear goals, measurement tactics, enforcement procedures, and feedback systems.
(iii) plan for Effective implementation:-introduce workplace safety as the new culture and lifestyle of the organization.
(iv)Effective implementation and sustainability:-
