In the implementation phase of teaching and learning process,the patient,family and other members of the nursing and health care team carry out the activitiesoutlined in the teaching plan.The nurse cordinates this activities.

• Put the teaching plan into action.
• Use language the person can understand.
• Use appropriate teaching aids and provide internet resource if appropriate.
• Use the same equipment that the person will use after discharge.
• Encourage the person to participate actively in learning.
• Record the learners response to the teaching actions.
• Provide feedback.
