In your opinion, does the PPACA make an administrators job more or less difficult? Explain.

Answer. PPACA means Patient Protection Affordable Care Act. This controls the provisions of employer responsibilities as, 'full time employee'. Under this act, the employers who has 50 or more than 50 full-time employees will require  “minimum essential” health care coverage or else they have to pay penalty. The full time employed are described the ones who will be working at least 30 hours per week. This act encourages the employes to have group health coverage.

This act makes working more difficult because the employee is always judged according to the working for continuous 6 months. If they do so they will get ensured under the act, but if not, then they have to pay the penalties. This criteria of working is very stressful. The employee has to work continuously without any off and too full time. Such conditions create difficulties for the workers.
