Erikson's psychosocial theory provides a broad outlook of growth and development in each stage of human life from birth to adulthood. It consists of eight stages, in each stage person experiences crisis situation which may have positive or negative impact. If it has a positive impact, then the person will develop certain skills which is useful for the development of individual. Inaddition it emphasize the social nature of human beings and influence of social relationships in development.
