The preventative measures in terms of nutrition for recurring kidney stones include; limiting intake of; sodium, animal proteins, such as; limit eating animal protein, including; beef, chicken, and pork, especially organ meats, eggs, fish and shellfish and milk, cheese, and other dairy products for Uric Acid Stones. Reducing oxalate in case we have Calcium Oxalate Stones such as; nuts and nut products, peanuts—which are legumes, not nuts, and are high in oxalate, rhubarb, spinach, wheat bran.
