The “house” diets are not consistent with the Dietary Guidelines for Americans for healthy eating e.g. low in saturated fat, high in fiber as according to the dietary guidelines for American; people should eat a diet that is full of nutrition but which does not lead to obesity, heart disease, and diabetes as it has high saturated fat, low in fiber. The house diets of the Americas that are generally made of rich cheese pizzas and sandwiches are unhealthy.
