Cesarean section is a delivery done for delivering fetus through surgical incisions that are made on the abdomen wall and uterine walls. this delivery can not be performed when there is severe intrauterine or Intra abdomen infection. maternal status compromised due to severe pulmonary disease, a fetus with a congenital anomaly that causes death(karyotypic abnormally) women with severe disseminated intravascular coagulation that cause abnormal blood clotting, increase the risk with general anesthesia and allergic to other drugs, etc. but there is no absolute contraindication of cesarean section.
